So we're happy to announce the first set of dates in our Spring 2009 headline tour of the US and Canada now. In case anyone wonders, about half the dates have just been posted, and tickets for all of these shows will be going on sale between Jan 9 and 11.

"This show has been moved because The Stone Pony’s renovations won’t be finished in time for our second annual ’Home For The Holidays’ shows, so the gigs will be happening a mere 3 blocks away at The Arcade at Convention Hall, located on the boardwalk between Convention Hall and The Paramount Theater. There’s a giant-ass Christmas tree in there, a couple bars and shops, should be cool.

Since.. Chris..tmas is the only time of year peopl..e decid..e to be good to each other... Our friend Scott has put together an incredible contest and opportunity for people to get involved with their communities. I strongly encourage people to do this, not as much for the record, but just to see the other side of things and do what you can to help.

I'm going to be doing some acoustic shows while we hibernate for the winter, Ben and Alex are also going to be doing some Spiro Agnew shows, but I'm going to be in NYC at the Bowery Ballroom with Jesse Malin on Friday, and there's gonna be some more shows too, one in my hometown in Red Bank, NJ (with BON JOVI?!?! WHAT!?) and one in good old, Cambridge Massachusetts at the Middle East.

We just wanted to remind everyone that we're performing on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" this coming Tuesday night (Dec 9th) on NBC. Check your local TV listings for the exact time...Conan's show starts at 12:35 am EST (technically a 1/2 hour after midnight on Tues Dec 9th). You can find more details at:
